The following poem, fav.me/d6vu9um, was a gift to my friend and mentor, DragonsChest by his dear friend ArikaRinkishika
Here is the poem in 'large-thumb-format':
L X X X V I I I - Twilight
In silence, twilight falls and the night steals
By recovering your fears of lead screeds;
Under your white sheets you're held motionless,
In the wall's furrows, your words are speechless.
I move forward as a wolf in darkness,
Hiding under my fur your warm weakness,
I graze my hooks on your so sad existence
Which tears apart in a deathly cadence.
I hear you whistling your anxiety
But no word goes out your dry mouth.
I light my candle... This is your piety
And your bright voice which muzzle from the south.
I'll stay next to you, close to your chamber,
As the railing of your hopeless torments,
I'll put in your eyes the waves of amber
So that your skin blooms again pure laments.
Note to ArikaRinkishika As a 'thank you' gift for presenting him with this lovely poem, David asked if I would feature it! I must say, this is an honour!
In addition, GentlemanT-rex has requested that I feature a friend, Senior-Dragon
Here are some of Senior-Dragon's works:
Keep up the good work, Senior-Dragon!
The sweet SciFiBeatlesGleek has asked me to feature a mutual favourite -
This is always such an honour! Keep up the good work, Gleek!
And last, but certainly NOT least, is popular TLK and Star Wars tribute artist, Nala15, with this gorgeous addition to her much-requested comic, Brothers:
I do hope that this feature has brought a smile to your face, Nala! As a special hug, I shall include the following:
Thanks for sharing your requests to be featured, all! A pleasure!
